Return and complaint policy of Qadrmodesty
RETURNS CONDITIONS AT QADRMODESTY
1. The Customer has the right to return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. After 14 days, the right of withdrawal expires.
2. The Customer is responsible for properly returning the goods to Qadrmodesty. A return or complaint will be processed only after the returned products are received by the Seller.
3. The Customer bears the full cost of return shipping.
4. Returned products must be sent back in the same condition in which they were received, meaning:
○ unworn and unused,
○ with all original tags attached,
○ in original or equivalent protective packaging.
5. The Customer is requested to package the returned goods in a way that adequately protects them against damage during transport.
6. A proof of purchase and a completed return form (if provided by the Seller) should be included with the return.
UNCOLLECTED PARCELS
1. If the Customer fails to collect the parcel from the courier or parcel locker and theshipment is returned to Qadrmodesty, the Customer may:
○ request a refund of the order value reduced by delivery and return shipping costs,
or
○ request re-shipment after covering the additional delivery costs.
2. The Customer will be informed by email within 14 days of the Seller receiving the returned uncollected parcel.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
1. The Customer is obliged to inspect the order immediately upon receipt.
2. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the Customer should contact Qadrmodesty without delay.
3. Complaints regarding damaged or incorrect products must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order, so the Seller can assess the situation and take appropriate action.
PERSONALIZED / CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS
1. Products made to the Customer’s individual specifications or personalized at the Customer’s request are not subject to return or exchange, in accordance with applicable Polish and EU law.
REFUNDS
1. Qadrmodesty will notify the Customer once the returned goods have been received and inspected.
2. The Seller will inform the Customer whether the return has been approved.
3. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used by the Customer.
4. The Seller may withhold reimbursement until the returned product has been received or proof of return has been provided.
5. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the Customer’s bank or payment provider.
