What materials do you we use?
At QADR, we work exclusively with natural fibers such as silk, cotton, bamboo, linen, viscose and other plant- or protein-based materials.
We intentionally avoid synthetic fabrics like polyester or acrylic whenever possible.
Because natural materials breathe, age beautifully, and respect the body. They allow air to circulate, reduce friction on skin and hair, and feel different — not just physically, but emotionally.
What does “natural materials” mean to us?
For us, natural materials are fibers that come from nature and return to it more gently. They are breathable, skin-friendly, and chosen with intention rather than convenience. They are better than sytethic materials.
Why we don't use synthetic materials like polyester?
Most synthetic fabrics are made from petroleum and plastic. They do not breathe naturally, shed microplastics, and place a heavy burden on the planet.
At QADR, we choose not to support materials that harm both the environment and the body. This is a conscious decision — natural materials align better with our values of care, responsibility, and intention.
Do our materials have safety or sustainability certifications?
Whenever possible, we choose materials that are certified by standards such as GOTS and OEKO-TEX and others. These certifications help ensure that fabrics are produced with respect for the environment and are safe for direct contact with the skin. Material transparency and skin safety are essential parts of how we design and select every piece at QADR.
Are our products gentle on hair and scalp?
Yes. Many of our designs – especially undercaps, silk accessories, and headwear – are created to minimize friction, tension, and dryness. This is particularly important for women who wear hijab regularly.
Can natural fabrics help reduce hair breakage?
Natural fibers like silk and cotton reduce static and friction compared to synthetic fabrics, which may help support healthier hair over time.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our materials are chosen with sensitivity in mind. Breathability and softness are key factors in every design decision we make.
Do your fabrics trap heat or moisture?
Natural fibers allow heat and moisture to escape more easily than synthetics, helping the body regulate itself more comfortably.
Do undercaps slip off the head?
No. Our undercaps are carefully designed and tested to stay in place all day. Both cotton and silk styles offer a secure fit, refined construction, and enough space for the hair — without slipping. Real wear tests are available on our Instagram.
What does modesty mean to us?
For us, modesty is not restriction – it is awareness. It is about how clothing feels, how it moves, and how it supports the person wearing it.
Who are our designs made for?
QADR designs for women who care about what touches their skin, how their clothing is made, and the values behind it.
What does upcycling mean for us?
Upcycling allows us to give new life to existing natural materials – from leftover fabrics to carefully sourced vintage or unused textiles.

Upcycled pieces are often produced in very limited quantities and may vary slightly – that uniqueness is part of their story.

Our pieces are made in Poland in small batches with care and attention to detail. We prioritize craftsmanship over speed.
